ACQUISITIONS
ADI seeks to acquire multi-family rental communities, reposition them through a capital improvement and property management program, increase operating income over a five-year hold cycle, and sell and / or refinance to return invested capital and provide its investors a healthy return.
Targeted acquisitions are typically located in the Southeast U.S., contain at least 200 units, were built between 1980 and 2000, are a B- / B grade asset suitable for repositioning to an B+ / A- asset with a capital improvement budget of $5,000 to $10,000 per unit.
