Land-use entitlements have been obtained for Phase II of the Bahia
Delray project, which will include 46 luxury townhomes located throughout
the existing community. Each tri-level townhome will have 3 bedrooms,
3 ½ baths and a one-car garage, in 1,850 a/c square feet.
