Monterey

Located in the popular Southside submarket of Jacksonville, Florida, Monterey is a secluded gated community of 219 condominiums and townhomes. Half of the community was originally built in 1984, with the second phase built in 2004. The community was purchased by Auker Dimond Developments, LLC (a collaboration between Scott Auker and Vivian Dimond) and was repositioned with over $3.5 million in improvements. The clubhouse was renovated, adding new billiards, health club and theatre amenities. Exterior community improvements included a new gated entry, monument signage, addressing deferred maintenance, repainting and landscaping.
