Pinehurst Club

Located in Hollywood, Florida, Pinehurst Club is a private gated community of 196 condominiums. Originally built in 1996, the community was purchased by Auker Dimond Developments, LLC (a collaboration between Scott Auker and Vivian Dimond) and was repositioned with complete clubhouse renovations, updated fitness center equipment, new gated entrance, monument signage and new landscaping. Complete unit interior upgrades were available as a buyer option. Project was purchased in March, 2006, sold-out within 60 days from opening, all units closed by September, and turned over to the condominium board in December.
