Located in the prestigious Mandarin submarket of Jacksonville, Florida, Oasis of Mandarin is a private gated community of 256 rental apartment and townhomes. Originally built in 1984, the community was purchased by Auker Dimond Developments, LLC (a collaboration between Scott Auker and Vivian Dimond) and was repositioned with over $5.8 million in improvements. The clubhouse was completely renovated, adding new billiards and clubroom amenities. The fitness center was also fully updated with modern cardiovascular and weight station equipment. Extensive exterior community improvements included complete roof replacement, building envelope repairs and repainting, and all new landscaping. Unit interiors were completely updated, including new cabinetry, appliances, fixtures and flooring.
